So, you've realised that you need to make changes and you are motivated to do so. This is great news! First of all, you must know that there is no easy way to get results, you MUST put the work in. I will be there every step of the way to guide, assist and encourage you towards your goals and can guarantee we will have fun along the way. It won't be easy, but it WILL be worth it.

MIND

Be full of it.

A healthy body can only be at its best with a healthy mind. Mental health is a huge part of fitness and one of the key reasons I chose to get into the industry. Exercising, eating well and getting the right amount of sleep are great ways to nourish and care for yourself, but I also place a lot of focus on mindfulness and encourage all of my clients to consider the incredible benefits of mindful meditation. We will work towards your physical goals and strengthen your body, but it is important to enjoy the journey!

NUTRITION

You ARE what you eat.

This is an area which most people find tricky and a lot of the time, that is down to either misdirection or an overload of information. I will teach the benefits of a healthy and nutritional diet and how food should be used to fuel your body and your life. I will show you how to apply the principles of healthy eating in a balanced way which is enjoyable and tasty. You will enjoy and appreciate your food more than you ever have.
